    • The project proposed and implemented a brand-new CTI framework that consists of a blockchain network and multi-staged AI components to comprehensively profile malware samples and disseminate intelligence on a monthly subscription basis.
    • The network has two types of contributors: one providing malware samples and the other providing processing power, both to be rewarded for their accepted contributions. The consumers will be receiving customized CTI feeds based on their subscriptions and needs.
    • The sophisticated multi-staged AI models achieved promising results using only the static malware analysis approach: Feature-based Malware Identification [96.8%], Image-based Malware Classification [88.5%], Advanced Persisted Threats (APT) Attribution [93.9%], Unknown Malware Clustering [72%].
    • Those models cover a broad spectrum of algorithms across traditional machine learning, advanced deep learning, and NLP fields.

    University Senior Project

    • Cache data reuse is quite inefficient because processing each body requires visiting of a very large number of bodies [N-Body]
    • Proposed a parametric loop tiling transformation for many-core accelerators to promote sharing of cached data among neighbouring bodies within each core.
    • Achieved a speed up factor beteen 1.4X to 3X for 10-million N-body configuration on Intel Xeon Phi, a 60-core accelerator
